By using this website, client hub, checkout, audit tools, booking system, chat, or services, you agree to these terms. If a signed agreement or invoice contains different terms, that agreement controls for the purchased service.
Services and proposals
Service descriptions, prices, timelines, and deliverables are estimates until confirmed in writing, through an accepted invoice, proposal, or service agreement. Scope changes may require additional approval and billing.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, legal rights to supplied assets, access credentials when needed, and approvals required for launch or campaign work.
Payments and billing
Invoices are payable through Digital Dynamo Solutions in-house PayPal checkout unless another method is agreed in writing. Late, failed, or disputed payments may pause services, access, delivery, hosting support, or campaign work.
Third-party platforms
Work may rely on third-party platforms such as PayPal, Google, Meta, LinkedIn, GitHub, hosting providers, email providers, plugins, APIs, or advertising networks. Their own terms, review processes, outages, policies, and account decisions remain outside our direct control.
Website audit and AI tools
Audit reports and AI chat replies are informational and are not a guarantee of ranking, revenue, advertising approval, security status, or legal compliance. Human review is recommended for critical decisions.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, Digital Dynamo Solutions retains rights to its internal systems, code frameworks, templates, methods, admin tools, and reusable components. Client-owned content remains the client’s property when supplied by the client.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site or hub to submit spam, malicious code, unlawful content, abusive messages, credential attacks, payment fraud, or content that infringes another party’s rights.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Dynamo Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, platform decisions, third-party outages, or results outside our control.
