1. Promoter and eligibility
Digital Dynamo Solutions is the promoter. Contact hello@digitaldynamosolutions.com for promotion questions or to withdraw marketing consent. The promoter’s legal name and mailing address must be completed in the production settings before claims open; they appear below when available.
Offers are for Canadian residents of the age of majority in their province or territory, acting for themselves or an authorised business. Participation is void where prohibited. Employees administering the promotion are not eligible for the spin offer. A first-service customer is a person or business that has never paid for a DDS service. Creating another account or using another email does not reset eligibility. DDS confirms eligibility when approving a quote.
2. Black Friday first-service offer
Claim November 23, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through November 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Receive 20% off eligible DDS service fees, capped at $500 CAD. One claim per customer. Redeem on your first approved service quote and complete payment by December 7, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
3. Spin-to-win offer
This welcome promotion is available while enabled by DDS. It is separate from Black Friday and the Advent calendar. No purchase or marketing subscription is required to enter. A valid verified email, acceptance of these terms and a correctly answered mathematical skill-testing question are required. One spin per first-service customer for the campaign; repeat requests return the same result. There is no fixed pool or regional allocation; each eligible entry receives one percentage-discount offer.

The wheel’s equal visual segments do not represent the weighted odds. The server securely draws the result before animation. Actual savings depend on eligible service fees; offers have no cash value. Redeem on your first approved service quote by 11:59 p.m. fourteen days after claiming. A service purchase is required to use the discount.
4. Advent calendar
Open December 1–25, 2026. Available to active DDS accounts created before December 1, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Each account must successfully sign in again on the claim date, Vancouver time. Merely keeping an older session open does not qualify. The current day’s offer can be claimed once, between 12:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. There are no early openings, missed-day claims or random draws. Each daily offer discounts eligible service fees by the rate below, capped at $300 CAD, and expires at 11:59 p.m. seven calendar days after its claim date. For example, the December 25 offer expires January 1, 2027.
5. Redemption and exclusions
One offer per approved quote or service purchase. Offers cannot stack with each other, negotiated discounts or other promotions. First-service offers share one entitlement: using a spin discount makes the Black Friday first-service offer ineligible, and vice versa. Advent offers can apply to separate eligible quotes, one use per offer.
Discounts apply to DDS professional service fees expressly marked eligible in the quote. Advertising spend, taxes, third-party tools, licences, domains, pass-through hosting and other third-party costs are excluded. Recurring services receive a discount on the first approved billing period only, unless the written quote expressly provides otherwise. Offers do not apply retroactively to paid invoices or existing committed scopes.
Service availability, written scope approval and eligibility checks apply. No guaranteed rankings, traffic, leads or financial return. Savings are calculated in integer cents, capped before applicable taxes. An offer becomes reserved when applied to a quote and redeemed after verified payment. Contact DDS to resolve an expired or abandoned checkout reservation.
6. Payment, cancellation and refunds
Review the agreed scope, excluded costs, taxes, discount and total before authorising PayPal. Payment is recorded only after server verification. Provider fees or currency conversion shown by your payment provider are separate. Cancellation and refund rights follow the accepted service agreement and applicable law. Any refund is based on the amount actually paid for refunded services; the discount has no separate cash refund value. DDS reviews provider refunds and reversals against the service record.
7. Privacy and communication
Your email is used for verification, eligibility, offer records and requested service communications. Optional marketing consent is separate and unchecked by default. Withdraw it in your offer wallet or contact hello@digitaldynamosolutions.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate an earned offer. Every future marketing message must identify DDS and provide an unsubscribe method. This release does not automatically send marketing campaigns.
Essential session storage supports verification, account access and checkout. Optional analytics and advertising storage require the choices in Cookie preferences. Google account access requires separate explicit permission; team access can be withdrawn independently. Read our privacy policy for more information.
8. Fair participation and changes
Automated entry, duplicate identities and attempts to bypass eligibility are prohibited. DDS may verify eligibility and reject fraudulent claims. Contact DDS for disputed outcomes or accessibility assistance. Material promotion changes must not reduce already earned valid benefits except where required by law or to address fraud. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
